Edutorial Gaming Technologies LLC (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) develops and publishes mobile games and applications (the “Service”, “Games”, or “Apps”) designed for children and families.
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Edutorial Gaming Technologies LLC on platforms such as the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. It is used to inform users and parents/guardians regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

1. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect, request, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers from our users. You do not need to create an account to play our Games.
Our Games do utilize third-party services that may collect anonymous data to help us provide, maintain, and improve the Apps, as well as to serve family-appropriate advertisements.

2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy Compliance)
Our Games are built primarily for children. We take children’s privacy very seriously and strictly adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
- Child-Safe Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics purely for internal operations (such as crash reporting, measuring game performance, and understanding general usage trends) to improve the educational and entertainment value of our Games.
- Parental Gates: Any sections of our Games that link outside the app (such as to a privacy policy or an app store page) or involve financial transactions are protected by a parental gate to ensure children cannot access them independently.

We offer our Games as “Freemium” applications, supported by advertisements via Google AdMob.
Because our Games are in the “Family” category, we configure our advertising networks to strictly comply with children’s privacy laws:

Our Games may offer optional In-App Purchases (such as unlocking additional levels or removing advertisements).
- Secure Processing: We do not process these payments directly. All financial transactions are securely handled by the respective app store (e.g., Google Play Billing).
- No Financial Data Storage: We do not collect, view, or store your credit card information or billing details.
- Parental Control: All In-App Purchases require account authentication through the app store, acting as a safeguard against unauthorized purchases by children.
5. Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an app crash or error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other crash statistics. This data is entirely anonymous and used exclusively to fix bugs.
